Policies, procedures and statements

Cancellation policy

Please contact us if you need to cancel your booking, giving at least 72 hours notice. We will either set up a credit note (with a 1 year time limit) for the amount of your booking, or move you to another class of your choice. Unfortunately if we receive less than 24 hours notice we may not be able to move your ticket – as a brand new small business we thank you for your understanding!

Covid-19 policy

Please don’t attend your class or session if you have symptoms of Covid-19. If a member of your household tests positive, please let us know.

As of 19 December 2021, masks are not a legal requirement when you come to the Cloud Space, but you are more than welcome to wear one if you feel you’d like to, and you may find us wearing them from time to time (especially during busy periods). To keep everyone safe, we test regularly, and provide hand washing facilities and hand gel in our studio. We will follow government guidelines and new legislation as it changes, and keep up to date with the latest developments.

Safeguarding and child protection statement

The Cloud Space recognises our moral responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of all visitors. We will endeavour to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children are respected and valued.

Read our full safeguarding and child protection statement here.

Photography and video

You are welcome to take photos/videos of your own child(ren) while at the Cloud Space. Please be mindful of other children and where possible ensure that only your own child is represented.

We collect photo permission for children’s classes and events upon booking. If we have a photographer present you will always be made aware, with the option to opt out of any photography at any time.

Health and safety

Our fire procedure is on display by the front door of the Cloud Space. Our risk assessments and fire procedure are available to view upon request. Please contact us if you have any questions.
