The Cloud Space is a beautiful, bright space with a large studio (main part measuring approx 11m x 11.6m), café area with seating, smaller room (approx 4.3m x 6.2m) and separate kitchen.
The historic Depot is steeped in industrial and military history, and the building with its unique character is perfect for a wide range of different occasions.
CHILDREN'S PARTIES & OTHER SPECIAL OCCASIONS
We are a very popular option for parties & private events with our gorgeous, big, bright space which is adaptable to a variety of events. It’s an ideal place to hold a party or other joyful occasion! From children's birthday parties and large family gatherings to naming ceremonies, christening receptions & baby showers - we've hosted them all!
Availability & Pricing
Our space is available to hire on both Saturdays & Sundays. Our current availability can be seen on our calendar below.
9am-1pm - £200
1pm-5pm - £150
This gives you a 2 hour party with an hour either side for set up & clear up. Please only invite guests for the 2hrs in between and ensure all guests leave on time to ensure sufficient clean up time.
Get in touch to secure your date with just a £25 deposit. Your date is not secure until payment has been made.
If you require a weekday or evening get in touch as soon as possible as we do have more limited availability.
Amenities & other info
Seating & Capacity
Capacity depends on what you are having in the space - a large bouncy castle will take up more room for example, so use your best judgement, but we do advise a maximum of 100 people. We have seating for around 40 people including tables & chairs, comfy sofas & armchairs. We also have highchairs for little ones.
Café
All party hires include a member of our team to run the café for you serving hot & cold drinks so you can focus on enjoying your special event! We don't serve our usual menu on party days but we can provide a children's grazing board for £8pp (see more info below)
all drinks must be purchased from our café - a tab can be settled at the end or guests can pay as they order.
Toys
If you would like the use of our toys, please let us know in advance. There is no extra charge for our usual ‘play café’ set up. For an extra cost, we can organise specific play set ups; just ask!
External Suppliers
You are very welcome to organise your own suppliers for entertainment, decorations, food etc however, we do have a few rules to keep everyone happy:
- all external suppliers must pick up any resources at least half an hour before hire ends.
- if hiring a caterer or sorting food yourselves all food must be ready to eat or cooked before being brought to the venue. No food is to be cooked on site.
- noise should be kept to a minimum so that our neighbours are not disturbed. please be mindful of this if hiring a disco or entertainer.

We can create a bespoke grazing table to suit the theme of your party, just let us know! For an additional fee we can also source all tablewear and props.

We’re a brilliant option for other small businesses to hire for workshops & classes - we have plenty of parking and we're very accessible from the M1 (just 5 mins or so from junction 16).
We have two options for hire - our Main Studio measuring approx 11m x 11.6m including café area with seating and our smaller room The Snug (approx 4.3m x 6.2m) we also have a separate kitchen.
