Availability
Our space is available to hire on both Saturdays & Sundays.
Fill out an enquiry form and secure your date with just a £25 deposit. Your date is not secure until payment has been made.
We offer a 2 hour party, choose from 10am-12pm or 2-4pm with access up to an hour either side for set up & clear up. Please only invite guests for the 2hr slots listed above and ensure all guests leave on time to ensure sufficient clean up time.
Seating & Capacity
Capacity depends on what you are having in the space - a large bouncy castle will take up more room for example, so use your best judgement, but we do advise a maximum of 70 people. We have seating for around 40 people including tables & chairs, comfy sofas & armchairs. We also have highchairs for little ones.
Café
All party hires include a member of our team to run the café for you serving hot & cold drinks so you can focus on enjoying your special event! We don't serve our usual menu on party days but we can provide a children's grazing board for £8pp
all drinks must be purchased from our café, please do not bring your own - a tab can be settled at the end or guests can pay as they order.
Music
We are fully licenced for music and provide our own bluetooth speaker. We believe music is one of the most important parts of setting the atmosphere - just let us know if you have a specific playlist (we use Spotify) or favourite genre and we'll take care of it.
External Suppliers
You are very welcome to organise your own suppliers for entertainment, bouncy castle, balloon displays & food but you must let us know - please see our terms & conditions below for more info

We’re a brilliant option for other small businesses to hire for workshops & classes - we have plenty of parking and we're very accessible from the M1 (just 5 mins or so from junction 16).
We have two options for hire - our Main Studio measuring approx 11m x 11.6m including café area with seating and our smaller room The Snug (approx 4.3m x 6.2m) we also have a separate kitchen.
We have a variety of businesses who run their sessions here; art clubs, floristry, silent discos, baby classes, after school clubs, yoga, health retreats, first aid and more...
