Our usual play café session times are:

• Mon & Wed: 10am–12pm

• Tues, Thurs & Fri: 9.30–11.30am & 12.30–2.30pm.

  • We recommend booking online, as walk-in spaces aren’t always guaranteed.
  • If a date isn’t showing on our booking system, we’re not open that day.

Each session has an overall capacity, shown in the grey box with the date, time and address details. In addition, each ticket type has its own capacity to accommodate a range of family groups. This means you may sometimes see individual ticket types still showing availability, even though the overall session has fewer spaces remaining. If there is only one space left, please do not book a child’s ticket and expect to attend as the adult, each member of your party must have their own ticket. Please ensure you adhere to the overall session capacity.

Booking sales are final and non-refundable.

We require 48 hours’ notice for transfers to another session. You can transfer your own booking by logging into Bookwhen. Once the 48-hour window has passed, transfers are no longer possible.
