We run regular Play Café sessions throughout the week. For just £4.50 per child (adults and under 3 months free) you can enjoy locally roasted coffee, artisan bakes & nutritious lunches (vegan & gluten free friendly) in a relaxed, friendly, beautiful environment whilst the children enjoy carefully thought out, open-ended & inviting play set ups and resources designed to support all areas of learning, plus a free healthy snack & drink.

We sometimes run an after school play café session, most suited to children aged 5-10yrs. The same relaxed vibe but with age appropriate, interesting & thought provoking activities to help the bigger ones relax through play or let off some steam after school.
No experience necessary but experienced players most welcome, and as always, mistakes & giggles welcome!
We will play a range of genres such as soul, rock & roll and pop, with some film tunes and maybe a bit of Disney thrown in for a sprinkle of joy! We will work on various instrumental skills & techniques, at a pace that suits the group.
These will be friendly, relaxed sessions and I can’t wait to welcome you!
A unique class that has something for both you and your little one. Come and learn some lovely tunes on the Ukulele to sing and play to your baby. This will be a gentle and friendly session, at a pace that suits the group. No experience required at all but experienced players very welcome also.
Beautiful play set ups made up of a variety of sensory items including textures, lights, smells, and sounds, for your little one to explore.
This class is a non-structured free play session to give children the opportunity to get stuck in at their own pace and in their own way.
There won't be anything messy in this session so you don't need to worry about a change of clothes!
A beginner's club for children attending primary school. Learn to play chords & read notation through songs, rhymes and playing musical games.
The Ukulele is the perfect first instrument; it is small, easy to tune, affordable, and simple to use. It is the perfect tool to give children the opportunity to develop fundamental musical skills such as pitch, rhythm and pulse whilst also aiding the development of transferable skills such as coordination, fine motor movement, memory, muscle memory, determination and confidence. No experience required, but children who have completed first access ukulele at school very welcome! Parents are welcome to stay in our cosy cafe area and enjoy a hot drink and a slice of cake!
Stay close to your baby whilst creating beautiful music together in this friendly & gentle group. We will sing & play instruments together, standing for some then de-slinging and sitting for others.
If you're not yet confident in wearing a sling, our Sling Consultant Nicole from Northampton Sling Library comes to visit us every second Thursday of the month - head to northamptonslinglibrary.com for more info and to book your 20 minute appointment for just £5. Slings are available to try, rent & buy.

This class is an un-structured free-play session with play set ups made up of a variety of objects and items all to aid little ones' physical development; both fine motor & gross motor. We will have things to crawl in, over and through, things to bounce on, threading, puzzles, building and more!

These sessions are joyful, interactive music classes for little ones and their grown ups introducing musical concepts and exploration to build the foundations in music education. action songs, musical play activities and exploring sounds together all to the sweet sound of LIVE music from the cello, ukulele and various other exciting instruments!
